PaymentWorks will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, July 12, 2026 for a planned system upgrade.

This downtime is required to complete the production upgrade to PaymentWorks 2.0, which includes the launch of the new Payee Profile experience. During this window, the platform will be offline and unavailable for all users, including payee onboarding, registration, and login.

We expect the upgrade to be completed on the morning of July 12. Timing details will be updated here as they are confirmed.
